Port from stock properties etc. deprecated in GTK 3.10, use GtkfileChooserNative

Constants and methods related to stock icons were deprecated in GTK 3.10. Port away from these and use icon names to retrieve the icons from the theme instead.

While at it, also switch to GtkfileChooserNative for the AT-SPI validator plugin.
