Adding support for compiling against the new pppd-2.5.0
- Key version of pkg-config of pppd (new in 2.5.0)
- Adding a nm-pptp-pppd-compat.h to account for differences between pppd 2.4.9 and 2.5.0
- Moving nm-ppp-status.h to nm-pptp-pppd-status.h (consistence in naming)
- Autotools changes to support pppd-2.5.0
