libdocument: fix a crash when changing color of an annotation

lbaudin requested to merge lbaudin/papers-freetextannotation:fix304 into main

This slipped through while refactoring the new free text annot type. It partially reverts 7112994b to handle color while saving as before, as nothing changed for normal colors.
