This MR adds the KDE breeze cursor themes so we're one step closer to fixing #6 (closed).

Note: I have a branch that also includes the icon themes, however that branch requires a newer version of snapcraft than what is available in the bionic repo's. I have it working using the cibuilds container, but I suspect you won't accept those changes since it uses a community-maintained container?
