Remove autostart in snap-store

Sergio Costas requested to merge sergio-costas/gnome-software:fix_autostart into snap-store-41

"snap-store" is launched only in other systems, while in Ubuntu only "ubuntu-software" is launched. Also, in other systems, the snap-store must NOT be autostarted.

This patch fixes this, reverting 8fe4e104.
