Specify StartupWMClass to fix snap-store dock icon

Marcus Tomlinson requested to merge marcustomlinson/gnome-software:lp-1848403 into snap-store

We must explicitly set StartupWMClass=snap-store in org.gnome.Software.desktop in order for the dock icon to appear correctly in some distros (such as Fedora).
