update look of Sound -> Over-Amplification

Changes in this MR:

  • Uses GtkListBox(ubuntu_output_listbox) instead of GtkWidget(ubuntu_output_frame).
  • Make use of HdyPreferencesRow for output_volume_slider_ubuntu.
  • Move Over-Amplification's GtkLabel(s) and GtkSwitch inside HdyActionRow.
  • Make use of style class=content.
