Fails to build on Debian Buster
Debian has dropped pybliographer from its maintained packages. When I tried to build it myself, ./configure
fails with
checking for module requirements... configure: error: Broken recode version
. The version of recode installed is:
$ aptitude show librecode0
Package: librecode0
Version: 3.6-23
State: installed
Automatically installed: yes
Multi-Arch: same
Priority: optional
Section: libs
Maintainer: Santiago Vila <sanvila@debian.org>
Architecture: amd64
Uncompressed Size: 1,877 k
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.14)

Replaces: librecode0:i386 (< 3.6-23)
Description: Shared library on which recode is based
This recoding library converts files between various coded character sets and surface encodings. The library
recognizes or produces more than 300 different character sets and is able to convert files between almost any pair.
Most RFC 1345 character sets, and all `libiconv' character sets, are supported.
