Chat window should display running file transfers

Description
The interface for file sending is too heavy. Let suppose that I want to send a pdf file just to say "look the picture at page 42". Now, the receiver has to
- click on the blinking notification
- select a repertory to save the file
- open it
What should be is that a link appears in the conversation : a regular underlined blue link like all other link in live[1].
Now, if I left-click on the link, it opens the file in the default viewer depending on the nature of the file (kpdf/OpenOffice/Evince/...). Right click should make appears the usual "save as/open with/copy link" small menu.
As far as the implementation is concerned, the file should be downloaded into ~/.Empathy (or /tmp) at the first click, but the user has not to know it. The user has to have the impression to re-download each time he clicks. The fact to be still able to see the file offline should be understood as a magic trick.
[1] Of course, instead of beggining by http:// (like usual-life links), it should begin by "file_transfer://" or something, or even nothing, only the name of the file
