Make the "Hang up" button easier to distinguish from the "Call" button for audio

Description
One of the issues I have with empathy's call UI is that, sometimes, my voip provider does not properly terminate calls and I have to hang up.
The problem is that Empathy's "hang up" and "call" icons are nearly identical. The green and red colors mean nothing to me, and I'm not even color blind.
The patch attached here might help solve the issue. I would have liked to have the label for the audio call button show up too, but then I realized that it would conflict with the video call button... Anyway, this patch should be an improvement nonetheless, and might even be considered to solve bug #656568.
