Description
I typed "/help" under gtalk to respond to a custom bot. The response from gtalk was:
/clear: clear all messages from the current conversation 21:41
/topic <topic>
: set the topic of the current conversation 21:41
/join <chat room ID>
: join a new chat room 21:41
/j <chat room ID>
: join a new chat room 21:41
/query <contact ID>
[<message>
]: open a private chat 21:41
/msg <contact ID>
<message>
: open a private chat 21:41
/nick <nickname>
: change your nickname on the current server 21:41
/me <message>
: send an ACTION message to the current conversation 21:41
/say <message>
: send <message>
to the current conversation. This is used to send a message starting with a '/'. For example: "/say /join is used to join a new chat room" 21:41
/help [<command>
]: show all supported commands. If <command>
is defined, show its usage. 21:41
This looks like IRC commands. I'm not in IRC. Promise. :)
Not sure if this an idle, gabber or empathy problem.
