I tried using the extension and all it did was prevent the notifications but the windows stayed in the background.
Where is the focus-stealing-prevention code? I'd like to see what's going on, even switching Chrome windows is too much. It could be that the NixOS build on Wayland has some issue?
Ideally I'd like to turn off the prevention, judging by the notifications I have 0 focus stealing issues.
When running Electron or Chromium with --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland
, and maximizing the window either by key shortcut or dragging against the screen top, the window maximizes bigger than the actual screen size part of the window is no longer visible or is visible on a second screen.
When using the maximize button on the menu bar, it resizes normally.
Still happens on Chrome stable v97
Why should the extended OSK be limited to Clutter.InputContentPurpose.TERMINAL? When I'm using my laptop in tablet mode, I'd like to keep using the shortcuts I'm familiar with across the entire system, instead of having to hunt for the way to perform something with touch.
Personally, I'd prefer a dconf setting. My laptop is big enough in all orientations and I'm never interested in a kiddie keyboard.
