Truecolor entirely unsupported
Bug
Truecolor, which is used in e.g Micro essentially to display colors outside of the Terminal's colorscheme is entirely unsupported
Steps to Reproduce
- Use any program which supports truecolor in one way or another (e.g
micro
withexport MICRO_TRUECOLOR=1
)
Expected Outcome
I expected Colorschemes within Micro (e.g Solarized, Catppuccin, and some others) to work OOTB
Actual Outcome
micro acted as if MICRO_TRUECOLOR=1
wasn't set at all, when it works just fine in an instance of Kitty or Gnome-Terminal
Video or Screenshot
export MICRO_TRUECOLOR=1
on the left, without on the right
With
micro
with the Solarized colorscheme
Outcome on the left terminal window should be
export MICRO_TRUECOLOR=1
for reference
Middle is Gnome-Terminal with Information
