readd NAUTILUS_GTK3 when calling with --plugin nautilus-gtk3

Florian Maurer requested to merge maurerle/turtle:add-nautilus-gtk3-plugin-selection into main

Currently, it is not possible to add the plugin on older GTK 3 manually as the option is not available anymore. This readds the option when selecting the plugin manually
