This label is applied to recognize outstanding contributors or community members within the GNOME Africa Community. It is used to highlight individuals who have made significant contributions, demonstrated leadership, or positively impacted the community during a specific month. The goal is to celebrate and appreciate the efforts of these individuals, encouraging continued engagement and participation within the GNOME community.

Owner is blocked by something external.

These are tasks that we have accepted but we cannot work on yet, for timing reasons.

Tasks that have an owner and are being worked on. Other labels can indicate status (e.g. red: blocked, etc).

Ideas that stalled not necessarily because they are blocked on something else or the "timing isn't right", but because nobody has actively been working on it anymore
