      This prevents window from bobbing slightly when resized.
      The logic for rounding the size up and down is by no means
      set in stone, and might be changed later.
      We need an extra RECT in the window impl to keep track of
      the window size changing over time (can't use GdkWindow width/height
      or impl unscaled_with/height for this - they suffer too many

      * Add recursive painting support at GdkWindow level
      * Implement recursive WM_PAINT handling in W32 backend
      * Use the DC given by BeginPaint() for repaints.
      Also remove some unneeded bits from the W32 backend.

      56f6ac5f introduced a 20px shadow for the '.tiled decoration:backdrop'
      selector. This selector is more specific than the '.ssd decoration'
      selector and caused unfocused tiled SSD windows to have a shadow that
      focused ones did not have. The mutter code however assumes that the size
      of the decoration does not change between the states and this was
      causing a crash when clicking below the titlebar in unfocused tiled SSD
      Fixes #3716
