build: Use canonical portal name

Guido Günther requested to merge portal-name into main

While pmp is our short symbol prefix for the C side the portal name is the "phosh" portal so rename it accordingly. This makes the process name match the name in the config files.

Needs a related change on the phosh side to keep the portal config in sync.
