Emoji layout issues on RTL interfaces

When setting the system's language to a right-to-left one (e.g. Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, etc...), the emoji selection layout has several issues:

• The correct emoji category doesn't get highlighted as seen here.

• When switching to a new category through the bottom bar, the user gets sent to the end of the list rather than the beginning. This image highlights the issue when selecting food category.
