gtkmm4 aboutdialog set_logo: does not respond to icon size requests.
In the gtkmm4 The call
`aboutdialog->set_logo(Gdk::Texture::create_for_pixbuf(Gdk::Pixbuf::create_from_resource

`aboutdialog->set_logo(Gdk::Texture::create_for_pixbuf(Gdk::Pixbuf::create_from_resource
("/org/gnome/plotter/plotter.png", 128, 128, true)));`
No longer scales/resizes the icon, it always appears tiny, for example, replacing 128 with 256 doesn't change anything. The gtkmm4 book example code does this also.
In gtkmm3 the equivalent call was
`aboutdialog.set_logo(Gdk::Pixbuf::create_from_resource("/org/gnome/plotter/plotter.png", 128, 128, true))`
which still works fine. The C gtk4-demo aboutdialog seems to scale okay too.
**gtkmm4** (about dialog looks kind of ridiculous)

Right now, netspeed only shows one IPv6 address in the `Device details` dialog. But a device can have multiple IPv6 addresses. Also, it only shows the legacy IPv4 address in the tooltip. If a device is configured IPv6-only (i.e. without IPv4) it will falsely show `has no ip` in the tooltip box.
`tooltip` and `Device details` should show all IPv6 addresses.

<!--
Please test if the issue has already been fixed in the Nightly version.
You can install the Nightly version in parallel with the regular version with these instructions:
1. Make sure that Flatpak is installed (see https://flatpak.org/setup )
2. Copy and run the following command in a Terminal:
flatpak install --from https://nightly.gnome.org/repo/appstream/org.gnome.NautilusDevel.flatpakref
3) The Nightly version can now be launched from Activities, or with this command: flatpak run org.gnome.NautilusDevel
-->
# Affected version
- Nightly flatpak: Yes
- Other: distribution: Ubuntu 20.04.01; app version: GNOME nautilus 3.36.3
# Steps to reproduce
<!--
Explain in detail the steps on how the issue can be reproduced.
-->
1. Perform any action that makes a dialog pop up.
Example **one**:
- open Nautilus twice, each in a different folder.
- move a file from one of the Nautilus windows to the other, **making sure the file already exists in the destination folder**.
- a dialog should show up asking if you want to replace the file, with a button to Replace or Skip.
Example **two**:
- in a Nautilus window
- right click on a file
- select Properties
- a dialog should appear with the file's properties
2. Click and hold on the title bar of the modal that just appeared
3. Drag your cursor to try and move the modal
# Current behavior
<!-- Describe the current behavior. -->
The whole Nautilus windows moves along with the dialog. Moreover, if the window is snapped in place in a corner, moving the dialog moves the window which snaps it out of position and resizes it.
# Expected behavior
<!-- Describe the expected behavior. -->
It should be possible to move the dialog by itself, without carrying the whole window along.
# Additional information
<!--
Provide more information that could be relevant.
If the issue is a crash, provide a stack trace following the steps in:
https://wiki.gnome.org/Community/GettingInTouch/Bugzilla/GettingTraces
-->
Not sure what other kind of information I could provide. I tried recording a GIF with the behaviour but failed miserably, sorry.

This slows down the startup time a little, as PackageKit also seems to try to download new package lists right away.
Does GNOME Shell provide a way to start such non-startup-essential services/daemons later?

Some favicons do not display correctly
Certain favicons (Or more likely ico files in general) display distorted both in the interface and the viewport.
Here are some examples:

Link to site in example: https://tweakers.net
Link to favicon in example: https://tweakers.net/favicon.ico
When copying the image and pasting it in another application the distorted version is copied.
I experience this issue with Epiphany on all my machines, desktop, laptop and phone. So it's not a hardware specific issue.

- version: `2.66.4`
- os: `debian unstable`
I am facing issues when `g_action_group_activate_action()` is immediately followed by an `exit()` call. This is a remote process action activation. The client process exits before the d-bus request gets out, so the remote activation never happens. This issue happens 100% in a single core / uniprocessor ( e.g. virtualbox with 1 processor ). When I increase the CPU core by 1, the failure percent drops significantly.
**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Have a VM with 1 processor.
1. Start `rhythmbox`.
1. Run `rhythmbox-client --quit --debug` in a terminal.
Expected: Rhythmbox should exit
Actual: Rhythmbox will stay open
**Workaround:**
Adding delay of 1 second before the `exit()` call seems to contain the issue, though it's not the right fix.
**Client code:**

Some users seem to be automating their backups by calling `evolution-backup` in their cron/systemd-timers.
In the Evolution Flatpak, the `evolution-backup` binary gets installed in `/app/libexec/evolution-backup`, and since the container is sandboxed, it can't write up the backup file anywhere outside the scope of the sandbox.
Maybe having an argument that can be passed directly to the main evolution executable, such as `flatpak run org.gnome.Evolution --backup <my-backup.tar.gz>` could be useful for these use cases.
See https://discourse.gnome.org/t/use-evolution-backup-from-flatpak-in-command-line/5218/2

I'm coming from https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution-data-server/-/issues/283
There is a GObject property with a default value set as `g_get_user_name()` call, which is very convenient and makes sense. The only problem is that the current user name is propagated into the generated documentation, which is not ideal. Is there a way to tag the value anyhow to declare the default value directly in the comment block, rather than use the property value from the runtime?

In openQA update tests in the last couple of weeks, in the test that checks that GNOME Software can successfully install available updates, we quite frequently see it get stuck at "Software catalog is being downloaded" after launch. It shows the "Let's go shopping" welcome screen, then after openQA clicks "Let's go shopping", it just gets stuck showing "Software catalog is being downloaded". This is happening about 1/3 to 1/2 of the time; the rest of the time the test works OK.
The earliest occurrence of this I can find is [this one](https://openqa.stg.fedoraproject.org/tests/990960) 17 days ago, testing a zstd update. That doesn't mean the zstd update triggered the problem, though - it could have been some other update that wasn't tested for some reason, or some change on the repositories, or something like that.
I tweaked the test to run gnome-software from a console with `--verbose` and stash the output. Here's the logged output from a failure case: [gs.log.failure](/uploads/8898d09c2f6e0de8c9f19c878503960f/gs.log.failure) , and from a success case: [gs.log.success](/uploads/dcb1b795d336b127836a4148772be8e7/gs.log.success)

Evolution should allow shifting an event's start/end dates via drag and drop into a cell in month/week view.
* As I very often need to reschedule appointments/meetings or events, this is the number one feature preventing me from using Evolution's calendar UI. I'm still stuck on Google Calendar because of this.
* Bonus points (a "nice to have") if you can also drag into the mini calendars in the sidebar (since those calendars allow showing multiple months of the year depending on how high the widget is set, therefore not limiting your drag target to only the current month).
Drag & drop rescheduling is currently partially implemented somewhere in Evolution's codebase, as it works in "Day View" and "Work Week View" modes only; it is only missing in "Month View" and "Week View" modes.
This ticket is not the same (as far as I can tell) as issue #1084. It replaces [bgo 328633](https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=328633) (which I filed in 2006, about drag & drop across the calendar's day cells) and potentially [bgo 234332](https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=234332) (which is about dragging to the mini-calendars in the sidebar).

Opening attached file causes gnumeric to use up all my systems RAM and virtual mem causing my entire system to lock up, without ever opening a window, or splash screen. My system has 12GB RAM and 8GB of Swap. No problems opening other "ods" files. I have been editing the file with Libreoffice previously, if that matters. Libreoffice can open file fine.
It took about 2 minutes to crash when I used "ulimit -Sv 4000000" to set max ram usage to 4G cap, if that matters

I have a debian 11 bullseye PC with Gnome and Nautilus 3.38.
I tried extracting a .rar archive with Right-Click and then "Extract Here".
But the process hanged and did not finish.
I figured out by myself that unrar was not installed and that was the cause of the problem.
I would suggest to put a warning message like: "You need to install the unrar package to extract this archive" if this is such a case.
I think debian cannot make unrar a dependency of nautilus, since unrar is in non-free.

Honestly, I've no idea how to write the title of this issue, so I put what I thought best
The following code block
```vala
bool receives_string (string param1)
{
return false;
}
void receives_nullable_string (string? param1)
requires (receives_string (param1 ?? "Hi"))
{
}
```
generates the following invalid C code
```c
gboolean
receives_string (const gchar* param1)
{
gboolean result = FALSE;
g_return_val_if_fail (param1 != NULL, FALSE);
result = FALSE;
return result;
}
void
receives_nullable_string (const gchar* param1)
{
_vala_return_if_fail (receives_string (_tmp0_), "receives_string (param1 ?? \"Hi\")");
}
```
The `_tmp0_` variable is never declared, and the checks are never done
This happens on Vala `0.50.1.110-0703c` and `0.48.12`
