Given how late we are in the release cycle, maybe it would be best to change the default so that the browser plugin isn't build for 3.30. And then early in the 3.31 cycle, drop the code.

Dual view presents 2-page documents by default in a strange way.
Sure enough it can be fixed by setting odd pages to the left. Still I would think evince should default to this behaviour for 2-page documents.

Right now to annotate a text, The user have to go to Annotate the document->Add highlight annotation and select the text.
It would be easier for the user if its possible to add annotations by selecting the text and selecting the option from right click.

## Description
I found it weird that evince progress bar did not show me the progress in a document anymore and was about to file a bug.
Then I found the continious item in the view menu.
I don't see why we would need this option. I would always want it enabled. It's also not an easy option to understand for novicesEvince 3.32
