These are images produced by gnome/gnome-build-meta repository
from the same artifacts that the Flatpak runtime and GNOME OS
get built.

This means that they are fully reproducible and their dependencies
are always pinned refs. This way we can build our own custom images
against the same toolchain as the Stable GNOME runtime or against
the Nightly variant and test rsvg against pango/glib/etc from
git mainline.
