window: Use HdyColumn for list

Previously Timetrack used `halign=center` to center the list in the view and keep it static. This could cause issues with the ScrolledWindow cutting off our list on the right side. With HdyColumn we can adapt to different sizes while keeping the list centered.

main_window: Restore margin to popover

In a1915cc3 the margin of the Primary Menu's popover was removed, causing the popover to have zero padding around it's ModelButtons. This should be 12px.

Timetrack crashes if no activity name is provided; This
patch makes a name a hard requirement for being able to start
an activity.
