shift from GtkStackSidebar to ListBox, now hiding the categories of files not found, and showing the first proper one!

get label for file categories, for mobile users to know what file category are they in (and it looks good)

remove older json file, upgrade ui for start screen and all content so scroll bar and frames are inside window, not outside (after using HdyColumn)

add handler to change child to the content when sidebar clicked, along with fixing the back button to account for mobile cases (3 pages, start screen, sidebar, content) and unfolded (start screen and content only)

progress! can now list all files inside the stack inside the second stack, and now hidden back button, plus slide animation

version 0.00000001 of Organizer, where everything results in a memey and deprecated dialogue and only the about button works lmao
