Upgrade to Futures 0.3

I upgraded to Futures 0.3. It builds and doesn't panic, but currently no cover appears after I add a new show. I open this MR while it's still WIP in the hope that someone else has a look and maybe finds problems I don't see yet. Until then, I will upgrade and activate the currently disabled unit tests one by one, which hopefully also helps to find the problem(s).
