Download fails for podcasts hosted on pinecast.com

Detailed description of the issue

Podcasts hosted on Pinecast fails to download due the following error in stderr:

ERROR podcasts_gtk::manager > Download Failed: Unexpected server response: 400 Bad Request

Tested couple of the podcasts mentioned on their front-page (Bigfoot and Bob and Digging Dexter).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open GNOME Podcasts
2. Subscribe to https://pinecast.com/feed/bigfoot-and-bob
3. Try to download an episode
