extra Default calendar created when opening .planner file

How:

  • open planner, do an edit, save the empty project on disc, close project
  • reopen the project, edit the calendars

Bug: Two "Default" calendar are shown, expected only one. An extra default calendar is added each time the .planner file is re-opened.
