update dependencies

FineFindus requested to merge FineFindus/metronome:build/bump-dependencies into master

Updates the dependencies. As a result of that, we can use the new GTK 0.7 macro #[glib::derived_properties] macro for derived properties, reducing the amount of boilerplate code.
