Blank album fix
As an addition to !1389 (merged) this aims to ignore albums with no cover when generating the playlist-artwork.
Still to do:

Fix "One Cover and additional blank brings 4x4 artwork" -
Checking if we need to re-generate artwork for playlist from older versions (We need to do this). -
