Clicking around track time slider causes brief rewind

Description of problem: Clicking around, but not actually on, the time slider in track view causes playback to rewind a fraction of a second.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): lollypop-1.4.14-1.fc33.noarch

How reproducible: Always.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start a track playing.
2. Click on the track title in the banner at the bottom of the screen to open track view.
3. Click around but not on the time slider widget.

Actual results: Playback rewinds a fraction of a second.

Expected results: Transport does not time-jump unless I manipulate the slider itself.
