Drop Doom support

Adrien Plazas requested to merge aplazas/highscore:doomed into main

It is a bit out of place now that we only support consoles, handhelds, arcades… and Doom for some reason. Also it's not like we ever supported it correctly, it would be better supported by a dedicated application handling PWADs and other specificities of the Doom engine.
