Room directory protocol selection

This reimplements the ability to manually select on which protocol the user wants to search for rooms, by adding a radio button on the server chooser popover with a combo selector.

The old combo selector had as its first option "matrix.org", I've kept it so now the user can select it in order to specifically search for rooms on the matrix.org HS even if it isn't their own HS.
