fix for new flatpak versions

I could not get the scripts to work with flatpak 1.10.2 due to parsing errors.

I updated the code to use the --columns option introduced in flatpak 1.1[1] and could get the example in Readme.md to run. I also updated the gnome-nightly flatpak repo and the nautilus git repository.

Let me know if there is interest in merging these patches.
