desktop: Declare compatible with mobile and workstations

Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras requested to merge devrtz/chess-clock:add_formfactor_to_desktop into main

This allows shells (such as phosh) to filter out applications from the application launcher menu that don't work on the current form factor.
