Add Georgian translation

I know that translations are supposed to be done through Poeditor, but there wasn't a Georgian option. So, I just forked the repo and made it like this.

Onto the translation, the title explains it well - it's a Georgian translation of the application. There are still a few translations that need more work (which are appropriately marked as such), but other than that, it's ready.
