The talk name isn't needed anymore, and
G_ENABLE_DIAGNOSTIC was only needed while porting.

We want CARGO_HOME to be in the meson build dir.

Since we have settings it's not always 4 laps.

Since these types implement Copy, we don't need
a RefCell.

We don't need OnceCell anymore since we're not creating
a channel.

Since we can implement custom signals now
using those will be a little less clunky.
Required a refactor of how we handle borrows
within the timeout closure.

Some cleanup now that Adwaita is nice,
and a new window style.

GTK can do it for us if we set
resource-base-path in the right place

AdwApplicationWindow now uses a different
property to avoid conflict

It's included in the SDK now

Update our rust dependencies and use the latest libadwaita.
The CSS has been updated to follow the new libadwaita
conventions.
