Support "Shift+Delete permanently delete dialog"

Move files to trash by pressing delete on Desktop icons is already supported. It would be convenient if we were able to permanently delete a file, or multiple files (without going to trash) by pressing Shift+Del and confirming on a dialog, mimicking Gnome Nautilus behavior:
