Drop C filechooser

With the rust based one in place and ashpd being fixed (although not released) we can prepare to drop that portal implementation. We likely want to make the rust one take precedence in phosh-portals.conf first but let's at least express intend.

This does not drop the pfs subproject yet as we didn't release a crate.

Marking as draft until the things saw more testing.
