input-surface: Don't trigger key repeat deleting in emoji or keypad layout

Changing key repeat in 0.50 resulted broke the special layouts (keypad and emoji). Fix this by making sure we don't trigger emoji key repeat there.

This is a critical fix warranting a 0.50.2
