Update gr.yaml to take advantage of more space per symbol, by removing "!" from base and moving it to upper. Moved some symbols around in accented in order to match the lowercase and uppercase order in the Greek alphabet, and also so that the same letter in different variants is grouped together. Placed "," next to "dot" in base, and moved "·" in upper, next to "!".

Additionally, create a wide variant.
