French layouts for KGX terminal proposal

This is a proposal for 2 new files: standard and wide layouts for KGX in French.

The French layout for all applications looks fine, but KGX Terminal don't use localized layouts.

Theese files should be loaded automaticall by KGX at some point, when the Language/region general settings are like France / French azerty...

For now, you have to put the two files in $HOME/.local/share/squeekboard/keyboards/
