change german layout so it doesn't emulate the broken default Android layout

The current german keyboard layout does not incorporate the Umlauts (as e.g. the Swedish layout does) and hereby forces you to quite often switch views in order to type letters that are extremely common in German. This commit adds the Umlauts so that the layout looks like a physical german keyboard. This is also what other mobile OS do, e.g. Sailfish OS:
