Draft: app-grid: Flag incompatible apps instead of filtering them out
This is needed to implement apps list pagination. Instead of filtering non-compatible apps out, it prefixes their name with a desktop icon. This also drops the button at the bottom of the apps list that triggers the filtering. This also use a single line for ap names, as requested by the designers, matching Shell and iOS.
