Add Keyboard button to LockScreen to Show/Hide OSK to support complex passwords for Unlocking

Added a new Button on the Lockscreen next to the Unlock button to toggle between displaying the Keypad and the On Screen Keyboard.

The presence of the OSK on the Lockscreen enables the users to set complex passwords for unlocking their Devices.
