data: Select less noisy default background

We're seeing lots of screenshots with the adwaita wallpaper which is a bit too noisy for the overview. Select a more balanced wallpaper as default.

The selection is certainly a matter of taste and downstreams will likely override it but I think it's better to make suitable pick.
