overview: Hide activities when search bar gets focused

This gives us more vertical space and the user can get back to the activities by:

• hitting the arrow button
• closing the keyboard
• starting an application

Will rebase once !1573 (merged) lands

TODO:

• should go back to showing activities e.g. on screen lock
• don't hardcode height of activities
