style-manager: support accent colours

Eugenio Paolantonio requested to merge g7/phosh:for-upstream/phosh/accent-colours into main

React on accent colour changes via org.gnome.desktop.interface's accent-color key.

When an accent colour is defined, @theme_selected_bg_color and @theme_selected_fg_color in the stylesheet are overriden by phosh with the actual colour.
