app-grid-folder-button: Force 16px as icon size

Arun Mani J requested to merge arun-mani-j/phosh:icons-too-big into main

We now force icon-size of individual icons in the grid to be of 16px (16 because it is what GTK_ICON_SIZE_BUTTON equals to).
