Fix crash on notification: Remove G_REGEX_JAVASCRIPT_COMPAT regex compile option

Airtower requested to merge airtower-luna/phosh:fix-notification-crash into main

This option is unsupported and causes a crash on any notification with GLib 2.74, and isn't needed for the expressions to work anyway.

Closes #840 (closed).
