osk-panel: Add horizontal and vertical size-settings for Squeekboard

MoonlightWave-12 requested to merge MoonlightWave-12/phosh-mobile-settings:settings-for-squeekboard into main

This makes it easier to adjust the keyboard to a convenient size, or work around scaling-issues.

This MR depends on squeekboard!679 (merged), which does add the GSettings to Squeekboard.
