Allow to set alpha on layer surfaces
Made quick hack yesterday to demo the overview side of https://social.librem.one/@agx/109875125645959859 . The phoc parts (while not finished yet) turned out to be straight forward. They need quite some cleanup though.
Even if we decide to do the overview / settings menu differenty this would be useful for fading out launch splash or PhoshFader in general.
